vintage Cummerbund belt fabric, embroidered

vintage Cummerbund belt fabric, embroidered 80s staple, wide cummerbund to cinch in the waist amidst the big hair, big shoulder pads, oversized blouses and pants! 2.5x37.5”, 29-32.5” belt holes. Two clips fit into pairs of holes. Center embroidery: pseudo double arrow with floral ends. EUC vintage c. 1980s. From a dress, I think. Must’ve worn a few times because there is a smudge on the outside end. (May be makeup?) Smooth woven Fabric exterior. Coated plastic reverse. Something hard but thin inside, very pliable but stiff.
