vintage a-line button down skirt

cute vintage button down skirt with pockets. note that the buttons are not actually functional and are just for decoration, there is no separation in the fabric. no sizing tags but i would say this fits like a size medium. waistband is elastic and fairly stretchy. the waist measurement is 14.5 inches laying flat. length of the skirt is 29 inches from the waist to the hem.
