vintage bikini village mesh side tie skirt

vintage 1990s bikini village mesh swim coverup skirt with a side tie keyhole detail. the waist has no elastic but you can undo the ties and adjust the waist. could presumably be used as a tube dress too. size medium. waist measurement when tied as shown in the photo is about 16" and you can tighten or loosen it up. hip is 20" and is super stretchy. length is 34" made in canada!
