vintage high waist navy skirt with belt

This piece is one of my favourites, it's timeless and so classy! This gorgeous high waisted skirt is dark navy and has a navy belt with super cute gold embellishments. I believe the skirt is made of wool (feels like it) however there is no material tag on the lining. The skirt is in great condition for a vintage piece, and I believe is a size 6, although it would probably fit sizes 4-8 (belt). I"m a size 8 and the skirt fits perfectly, just a little snug in the waist.
