vintage mcm evangeline canadian pottery egg shaped orange ashtray

amazing vintage egg shaped footed evangeline pottery ashtray. if ever there were an ashtray ,whilst with its back facing you, that would spin around when you entered a room and say “you’re late, please have a seat” it’s this one. it’s not going to do that but if it could it would. excellent condition, brown base with shades of orange and red. some of the crackle in the glaze exposes the clay, visible in photos. approximately 4 inches tall, 4 across and 5 from back to front.
