1980s vivienne tam x ann taylor east wind code shift dress with black chiffon pleats. the chiffon is so prettily shaped and feels like crepe. the outer is stretchy and flows nicely, the lining is smooth and non-stretch so please see measurements to ensure fit. it was made in hong kong before VT had her big 90s breakout and is a really cool collectors piece. size 2, fits xs to small. polyester. no flaws at all. lining pit to pit is 18", hip 19.5", lining length 31", chiffon overlay length 33"
