@barbarasmithusc whish doesn't say. I believe you can use nightly until your feet are at the desired level. the website shows a picture using it 5 days, im guessing in a row as its not peeling like snake skin. if you have sensitive skin I would say try every other day and don't use every night past 7 days. after that I would use it weekly. that's the general rule for exfoliates.
