white side tie swim skirt coverup

stretchy white semi sheer mesh beach skirt with a ruffle trim and side ties. when it is tied as pictured the waistband is about 16" across. the skirt measures 15" in length at the longest side. it is about 52" in total length untied and laying flat, including the ties. tags are missing, no other flaws.
