work blouse silver frills (Size 4-6)

-barely worn but there are two small brown stain dots on the arm -would fit a size 4 or 6, but shoulders run a bit small if you’re a 6 like me! Please check the measurements :) -made in Japan, bought in Hong Kong -brand is Wanko, a local Hong Kong brand!
