Armpit to armpit: 21.5” Length: 24” The tags have been cut out of this blazer/shirt but the fun sure hasn’t been! Can be worn tucked in like a shirt or out like a blazer. I believe it is cotton. But has a nice soft cotton feel. Small shoulder pads give some beautiful shape going into large upper arm area that tapers into buttoned cuffs.
