y2k 725 originals rainbow tassel denim pleated mini skirt

Cute pleated denim mini skirt with rainbow detailing on belt, stitching, and tassels. Features a side zipper with a button. y2k 725 Originals! Technically girls 16 but fits 0-4. For reference, I am a size 2 (25 inch waist) and this fits well, with some room in it. Great shape - tassels and rainbow stitching are in good shape. No stains or rips. Pleats may need to be steamed (my steamer is broken so I couldn't)
