this lovely vintage dress by French designer E. Loco Paris “made in France” in the early 2000s is so feminine and chic, and is sure to turn heads! the sleeveless dress is a dusty pink color and it features plunge neckline with delicate fringe/tassels across the bust, flowy ruffled accents around the straps and the entire the front, an open back silhouette with a string that ties at the back of the neck, and a knee-length hemline. the dress is made of a lightweight and unlined acetate/elastane/polyester blend that has the perfect amount of stretch and is slightly sheer/see through. this unique dress would be perfect to wear to a cocktail or to a summer wedding! tagged as size T1 and I would say it best fits womens size small or medium (dress has stretch). in good vintage condition with small stains on the front, and light staining on the back (could potentially be removed with dry cleaning). measurements (lying flat): bust (pit to pit): 12” across (24” when doubled) – has stretch waist: 13-14” across (26-28” when doubled) – has stretch hips: 15” across center back length: 42”
