Gorgeous y2k purple sleeveless blouse with studded sparkles scattered and clustered. Slouchy cowl neckline. Hits about waist level. Brand is Reitmans Petites. Size women's XS. True to size! Great preloved shape. No rips. All sparkly studs look to be intact except for a small dot on the front of the blouse - see last pic for reference. Not super noticeable - it's hidden under the slouchy neckline.
