Zara Rossie Lyocell Tiered Midi Dress in Vintage Black. I love the style of this dress but just don’t reach for it. It has a built in frilly collar and bubble sleeves with an elastic. The bottom is tiered and quite long. The colour is like a washed black with some distressing, so there are variations throughout. Measurements: pit to pit - 19.5” waist - 18” length - 48”
