Pillow was perfect. Just as described. I was having trouble with the tracking information updating, it didn't update for 4 days, after shipping but @210jmiller got on the phone with the USPS immediately to figure out what was wrong. The USPS had forgotten to scan the box and she stayed on the phone with them until they found it.
