*UPDATE* The seller cleared it up to me and assured me that it arrived in my hands as it did in theirs. The dress is gorgeous and in good physical condition. I do love it, and after a wash the smell went away, so it is perfectly wearable now. She also let me know that if she had noticed, she would have washed the item for me. I really appreciate that the seller reached out to me so quickly to clear this up. Thank you!
