Arrived in good condition. Packaged very well. It is very pretty also. I had one like this in the '80s and I have forgotten how scratchy they were haha I'm going to put some soft material on the inside of the collar, so it doesn't scratch my neck. Love it. It is so shiny I think I will glow in the dark haha highly recommended seller
