I just received the harness and it fits perfectly ! My boy looks so handsome In it. But I couldn't keep his attention for long due to his overwhelming excitement upon hearing the squeek of the toy included as a gift . He LOVES squeaky things !! And the collar is awesome. Beautiful colors ! Thank this seller so much for being the best posher!! Will revisit for sure !
