Thanks so much. Aside from the fact that the box came half way open and ripped apart as if someone tried to steal what was inside, the boots are in perfect condition and didn't suffer any damage. I think the person who opened the box saw the boots and decided not to keep them. I'm so happy nothing happened to them. They're absolutely stunning. I love them. You had the last pair in my size on the entire internet. Happy holidays 😘.
