Cute boots! But seller declined my wife's offer and straight blocked her, that was just rude, all she had to do was couneteroffer and my wife would have accepted!! Instead she blocked her and then I had to make a offer myself to get these for my daughters bday, I wouldn't recommend buying from this seller at all. My wife gave a reasonable offer of $25 on a $38 item so she wasn't low ballin at all.
