The item does what it’s supposed to, but it’s not flawless, it simply gets the job done. I do wish the seller had included more photos in the listing, not that I requested them, but just to show exactly what it looks like. The mirror on this product arrived completely scratched and not useable, but I will figure out how to make that work for my child. It also requires assembly; I had assumed it would come preassembled, and it didn’t include any instructions. Shipping was fairly quick, though the box arrived damaged. I haven’t fully tested the product yet, but I’m assuming it works, since the seller had no clue. I’m not trying to be negative, this seller does have great prices and is willing to offer reasonable deals. She did accept my offer, which I appreciated, though I’m not sure if I would buy from them again. Unfortunately, I’m disappointed because I had planned to use it right away. I had high hopes for my child and just wanted everything to be perfect, but now I won’t be able to use it immediately. Overall, the transaction was okay.
