It was so nice to hear from a fellow Virginian; I do hope you are happy where you live now. I moved here from another city in Virginia I loved and I've never quite got over it. I was so excited to find this skirt in your closet. I have the exact same one in a size 4, which I have not been for a dog's age. I'll have to list it soon.
