I was so thrilled to find these shoes in my size - I accidentally splattered black fountain pen on my previous pair (in the same color), and no amount of isopropyl alcohol, hairspray, or Oxyclean would get it out, but I really loved the color and style (and Payless stopped carrying the shoes in this color). The seller very obligingly accepted the offer I made, and the shoes shipped quickly and well! I am very happy with my purchase. :)
