the controller in the picture didn't look as though the controller was damaged but after receiving and inspecting the items I did notice that there are no thumb stick bumpers, it's as though they have been completely worn off or removed with a a tool of some kind. As far as the Xbox itself, it was not wiped clean. It had someone's previous profile and was even still logged into it before I reset the whole machine. However, for the price and the fact that it all does work is much appreciated. Have a good one and take care, Sincerely
