The order was shipped quickly and included a personal note from the seller. Very professional. I was a bit disappointed to find that the cover for the charging case was broken off. This defect was included in the description but I must have missed it because the first photo looked like everything is in tact. I am giving 5 starts for the seller's professionalism. There was no attempt to mislead buyers of the condition of the product. I would just recommend adding a disclaimer on the photos when using stock images.
