I am Jim's wife and just got my Lug set! Thank you so much for the fast shipping and I love my new Lug accessories! :) I noticed the backpack is missing the shoulder strap. I am very happy with my purchase but if you find it and would send it to me, I would be glad to reimburse you the postage. Thank you, Lisa11/19 I went to pack and found strap in back pocket :)
