Natalie was amazing!!! She was persistent and did everything possible to make me feel comfortable. She wrapped the bag up so beautifully and even sent pictures to show for. Unfortunately when the bag got to Posh they had to unwrap it so I couldn’t see her pretty wrapping in person. However she was so sweet and made sure I received the bag and that I was happy with it. Thanks for everything!!
