This is a stunning item and was indeed "new" with tags. However, there were only three pictures posted of it and none showed the back of the garment. There were quite a few rhinestones missing (the images only show a couple missing). Nothing in the description mentioned additional missing stones either, so this was a surprise. It wasn't a huge deal, as it's something I can repair, and it was still a good value, I believe.
