Working in the shipping business; it disappoints me to see a beautiful purse bouncing in a huge box. She shouldn't have shipped it in that big of box or at least had packaging in it, AND USPS shouldn't have accepted that without some packaging inside. THANKS THO. THANKFULLY IT WASNT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.
