Thank you so much. I love love this top/ dress. The material is wonderful. I never wear flannel because it is so hot and the material is bulky. This material will s soft and breathable. It is going to be so much fun to wear this Fall and Winter and even into Spring. It can be paired with boots, sandals or high tops. It looks exactly like the photos. It is in excellent condition. The seller answered all my questions about the measurements and that is why I bought this top. Thank you so much
