My wax melter was delivered in a timely fashion and was wrapped and packed meticulously. I am waiting on my new wax to come in so I can get some much needed relief from this pain in my hands. I like that it is a little smaller than the real big ones because it is so lightweight and will not be a worsening strain when I have to clean it. Thank you so much Ariel, your thank you card was the icing on the cake, I loved it, very unexpected and very, very sweet of you!
