I received all items new, as described so thank you! Just an FYI tho the packaging was very poor. There was a big hole in the side of the shipping box (which may have happened during shipping)& luckily nothing fell out. Upon opening the shipping box the product boxes were all opened and severely damaged with all the products scattered around the bottom of the box. There was only 1 piece of packing paper inside the shipping box so the products weren't secured by any means after they fell out of their boxes.
