First I absolutely love my jacket! It arrived exactly as described and in perfect, like new, condition. There was a small issue with the shipping (not Amanda's fault) however, Amanda was incredibly helpful and communicative and got it taken care of right away. (literally the post office said there was no shipping address on the box, meanwhile it was just on the bottom of the box) So glad to have my cozy shearling jacket to keep me warm this winter ^_^
