When I read your sweet note about your mom, I also have a story about Blue Danube, when my oldest sister was 18 she was in a serious relationship and she started thinking about marriage and began picking out dishes, Blue Danube was her choice. About 6 months later she was killed in a car wreak. My mom started collecting these dishes in her honor and that is what she used for every family gathering and holiday. About 10 years ago my mom had a house fire and it was located mostly in the kitchen, she lost all the dishes. My mom has passed away since then and i am starting the collection again. So thank you so much.
