The item was brand new, wrapped up and in the box. It was perfect and arrived in a timely manner. The only thing that concerned me about it was that on the bottom of the packaging there was expiration date of July 2020 and I got it in August 2020. I think it’s fine, so I’m using anyway because this product is AMAZING!
