I’m happy with my purchase, the item was shipped and received very fast. However, I was told the item was brand new, never opened. I work in the cosmetics industry and I’m positive that the item was used a few times, this may have not been used by the seller, maybe by the seller before her. I would have preferred it completely brand new but I just cleaned the product and applicator really well with alcohol before using it.
