I received my shoes in great condition. They were well wrapped and sealed in a a nice clear bag. This person was very prompt in delivering them to me and she even wrote a special little "Thank you" card for purchasing from her store. I was very impressed and will definitely be looking on her page to see what other great items she has for sale!
