My hat arrived in perfect condition as it was packed SUPER WELL (I was SO impressed with the packing as these hats can be permanently damaged if they aren't packed well in a good box !), so it arrived beautifully!! I LOVE my new hat!!!! And it fits great by the way! Thankyou Annie!
