I gave you 5 stars because I dont thing it was solely yr fault it took 12 days to get to me! The Jean's are amazing and they fit perfect. Next time maybe get a receipt from the post office so if they loose it you have proof you shipped it. I truly believe that you are being truthful and that yr post office is super slow and has no idea what's going on. And just an idea maybe get some tissue paper and wrap your items and put a lil thank you in with it, buyers really appreciate that 😉 I hope yr future sales are more successful. ❤ happy poshing
