Just as described but the item has some hair and debris and needs to be cleaned. The tags were both reattached. I wouldn't describe this item as New With Tags even though it has never been washed and itdoes have tags attached. The price was low though so I am overall satisfied. I took acouple of pics but I don't see anywhere to post them with this review.
