Zipper had tulle fully lodged in it, preventing zipper from functioning. I had to the cut the tulle out to dislodge from enclosure so the zipper would function again. I am sure it was a mistake/oversight, but I wish I knew I would need to perform surgery upon arrival. Not the end of the world - the price was great, shipped fast and pleased with the dress. Thank you!

Dress was still with tags, even still in the original packaging. It was shipped wicked fast and exactly like it was pictured!
