Ashley is a phenomenal seller! After purchasing I reached out requesting that she use extra tape on the packaging of my bracelet. As I had ordered a bracelet from another Seller and the box arrived empty (smashed, opened, marked empty by USPS) due to lack of proper packing and use of tape. She was very cool and understanding about it. She shipped extremely quickly and my package was well taped and intact! The bracelet is flawless & a beautiful addition to my collection.
