Most of them are in great condition to like new condition, small marks on some which a magic eraser will hopefully clean off. Elsa had dents/scratches. Everything works and my son is super excited to have his own since his sister already has a pink one. Seller responded super quick and was super friendly, definitely a joy to work with. 5 stars overall since the small things aren't something my kids wouldn't end up doing anyway to the characters.
