One snap is no longer attached to one side of the jacket at the neckline, but is not very noticeable and does not affect function. H&M hoodie had a lot of hair balls all over it but those were easily removed and it was as good as new after washing, lol. I think the sherpa attracts hair! All in all for the price, I was very pleased.
