Item wasn't brand new as described, but new enough. It did have some personal items left in it (lip balm, pens). Had it been advertised as nearly new, that would have been accurate and more appropriate. It's in great shape and I will love it like all my other backpacks! Thanks Adam for the posh purchase. This was a great deal...used or not!
