Hi, the cardboard box was completely crushed, I was just sick, thinking the worst. The bag made it through fairly well, it is warped in many places, and unfortunately, the clasp is broken, won't click shut. I'm going to take it to a shoe repairman @ see if he can fix it. But I doubt it, purses aren't his thing, thanks anyway, & for the pretty necklace. Happy Spring.
