Blouse was just as pictured and described, NWT. Carefully wrapped and shipped. Unfortunately even though it was an XS, I will still need to make alterations for it to fit me. A caution to the seller; the perfume scent was a bit overpowering and could cause problems for some people with allergies. Overall, A+ seller.
