It took 9 days to ship. Then when I inquired about this item and when u would ship u said u were working and would do it when u got off that day. It took an additional TWO DAYS after that. Then it took another 2 days to get ANY shipping info. I love the bag and I have to do some work to it before I flip it but that is ridiculous 😒
