⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for a pretty bag ⭐⭐⭐⭐ for its condition, as the bag was dirty on the outside, it looked like milk or icecream had spilled allover, the inside was also dirty, i had to vacuum the inside & thevdustbag was dirty and full of what looked like pet hair. ⭐⭐⭐ for poor communication & taking forever almost 7 days to actually ship out, right when I was about to cancel the order.
