Recently lost over 130 pounds. Went from 326 to 196. As a result…I have lost significant sizes!! My loss is your gain…literally. My shoe size went from a 13 to a 12. My hat size dropped and my clothing size dropped from a 3XL and 2 XL to a XL or L.
